आज श्री ३ जंग को जन्म दिन ,मनाउ सबै कांग्रेसी मिलिजुली !!!

आज को नेपाली कांग्रेसको अवस्था हेरेर यस्तो लाग्छ जंगको सब भन्दा ठुलो समर्थक देशको सब भन्दा ठुलो प्रजान्त्रिक पार्टी हो .

अहिले ठुल ठुलो स्वर मा जंगको गुण  गाउने कार्यकर्ता "सच्चा रास्त्रबादी " ठानिन्छ  . कथित कांग्रेस निकट बुद्धिजीवी हरु समेत आफ्नो अन्तर्वार्ता मा उनको गुण को मात्र बखान गरिरहेको भेटिन्छ . राष्ट्र बाद को चर्चा गर्नु पर्यो भने उनको नाम छुटाउ दैनन्  . र यो संग जोडि यअर आउछ यस्ता यस्ता प्रश्न हरु : के वी पी कोइराला बेबकुफ थिए  जसले राष्ट्रियता को नारा दियका थिय .र जो शब्द अहिले पनि यो पार्टी को शिर्ष ठाउँ मा रहेको छ 

जंग लै राम्रो मान्ने  हरु संग मेरो प्रश्न छ  : यदि जंग त्यति नै राम्रा थिय भने नेपाली काँग्रेस को स्थापना किन भयो ? यदि जंग अहिले पनि राम्रो छ भने उनि हरु को सन्तान हरु को संस्था " श्री ३ जंग संस्था " को सदय्स बन्न जानुश . आम कार्यकर्ता को मानमर्दन गर्नु भन्दा बरु जंग को जय जय कार  गर्नुष .

नेपाली काँग्रेस  ज ब रा प्रवृति बिरुद्ध स्थापना भएको पार्टी हो  र जंग को जय गान गर्ने मान्छे यो पार्टी मा अटाउन सक्दैनन्  .
जंगे राष्ट्र बाद को गुन गान गर्ने हरु सचा कांग्रेसी हुन सक्दैन .

stress of stress- a class at TTC

Today we have class about finding and managing stress on our workplace. It was a new experience to see my stress points through colleague's perspective. After the class I had feeling that my stress is everybody's problem except me!

I am lucky that I got the opportunity for this mind opening training. Hope that there will be adequate training about managing stress in the future for every employee of  NT. The immediate effect of this training will be that every person would put him/her in the position of  other person before starting argument.
